Start your day with a good workout and a blueberry mimosa in hand! Relax, breathe, stretch, and enjoy the fresh air during our 60-minute yoga class at Southern Hill Farms with experienced Yoga Alliance certified instructor Rachael Jones. These classes are geared toward a gentle flow and are suitable for all experience levels. Modifications and/or challenges will be offered by your instructor throughout the class. Included with your ticket purchase are a blueberry mimosa at the end of class (must be 21 and older, regular blueberry lemonade can be substituted) and 1 lb. of u-pick strawberries in March or 1 pint of u-pick blueberries in April and May. Your u-pick strawberries or blueberries must be picked the same day and any berries picked over 1 pint will be the regular price of $4/lb. for strawberries or $5/lb. for blueberries. Class will begin promptly at 7 a.m. Please bring your own water bottle, towel, and yoga mat, they will not be provided by Southern Hill Farms. Please note that this event is subject to change or cancellation due to inclement weather. In the event that this class is canceled, you will receive a refund in the original form of payment.
